PS Property Management – Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using services provided by PS Property Management (“PSPM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website at psprop.net, homeowner portal at owner.psprop.net, and SMS messaging services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. SMS Messaging Terms

PS Property Management offers SMS text messaging as part of our customer care services. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from PSPM, you agree to the following:

Program Name: PS Property Management Customer Care SMS

Message Types: Messages may include payment links, service request confirmations, appointment reminders, account notifications, verification codes, and responses to your customer service inquiries.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our customer service team. Messages are sent only in response to homeowner-initiated requests.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-In: You may opt in to receive SMS messages by: (a) providing your mobile phone number during a customer service call and requesting information via text, or (b) registering your account on our homeowner portal at owner.psprop.net and providing your mobile phone number.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

No Sharing: SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Services

PS Property Management provides HOA and condominium association management services for residential communities in Central Texas. Our services include financial management, community maintenance coordination, homeowner support, and board advisory services.

4. Homeowner Portal

Access to the homeowner portal at owner.psprop.net is available to homeowners within communities managed by PSPM. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
