About the Role
PS Property Management is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee a portfolio of HOA communities across the Central Texas region. You will serve as the primary point of contact for board members, homeowners, and vendors — ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of 8-12 HOA communities across Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Austin
- Attend and facilitate monthly board meetings (some evenings required)
- Coordinate maintenance, vendor contracts, and capital improvement projects
- Handle homeowner inquiries, violations, and architectural review requests
- Prepare and present annual budgets and financial reports
- Conduct regular property inspections and document community conditions
- Collaborate with our accounting, maintenance, and technology teams
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of HOA/community association management experience
- CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation preferred (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)
- Strong communication skills — you’ll work with boards, homeowners, and vendors daily
- Proficiency with property management software (Vantaca experience is a plus)
- Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple communities
