Community Manager — Central Texas

About the Role

PS Property Management is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee a portfolio of HOA communities across the Central Texas region. You will serve as the primary point of contact for board members, homeowners, and vendors — ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of 8-12 HOA communities across Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Austin
  • Attend and facilitate monthly board meetings (some evenings required)
  • Coordinate maintenance, vendor contracts, and capital improvement projects
  • Handle homeowner inquiries, violations, and architectural review requests
  • Prepare and present annual budgets and financial reports
  • Conduct regular property inspections and document community conditions
  • Collaborate with our accounting, maintenance, and technology teams

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of HOA/community association management experience
  • CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation preferred (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)
  • Strong communication skills — you’ll work with boards, homeowners, and vendors daily
  • Proficiency with property management software (Vantaca experience is a plus)
  • Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple communities
