  • Homeowner portal: Provide your mobile number when registering at owner.psprop.net. By providing your number, you consent to receive account-related SMS messages.

Full SMS Terms & Consent

1. Program Description

PS Property Management operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with homeowners in the 96+ Central Texas residential communities we manage. Our SMS program sends strictly transactional messages only — including payment confirmations, service request updates, appointment reminders, maintenance alerts, and community notifications. We do not send promotional marketing messages.

2. Opt-In Methods

  • Direct text: Text (512) 251-6122 to initiate contact and opt in.
  • Website form: Submit any form at psprop.net that includes a phone field and SMS consent checkbox.
  • Homeowner portal: Register at owner.psprop.net and provide your mobile number.
  • Verbal consent: Provide verbal consent during a customer service call to (512) 251-6122.

3. Message Frequency

Typical homeowners receive 1–5 messages per month, triggered by account activity such as payment processing, service request updates, or urgent community notifications.

4. How to Opt Out

  • Reply STOP to any text message from us
  • Call (512) 251-6122 and request removal
  • Email info@psprop.net with subject “SMS Opt-Out”

6. Supported Carriers

Compatible with AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and other major U.S. carriers. Carrier support may vary.

Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan. PS Property Management does not charge for SMS messages.
